I’m a vinyasa flow, pre & post natal yoga teacher based near Chipping Norton in the Cotswolds where I live with my fiancée and three children.

I first practised yoga in my early twenties and found myself back on the mat after becoming a mum to help find a sense of balance from my all-consuming schedule of a busy job and family life. It helped me take care of not only my physical self, but my emotional, mental and spiritual well-being. 

Now a passionate teacher of Vinyasa Flow Yoga, I completed my initial 200hr Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) with Mercedes Ngoh Sieff who also has a background in positive psychology.  I completed my second YTT in Pre & Postnatal yoga with Sally Parkes after the birth of my third baby and I am also fortunate enough to practice and seek inspiration from the brilliant Tass Cambritzi.

Having the chance to share those lessons and experiences with my students fills me with joy. I feel that everyone could use more yoga in their lives, so I hope to see you on the mat soon. Namaste.
